Returns & Exchange

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your goods, provided we get them back within 14 days and in perfect original saleable condition.

We offer a refund or exchange service, but we can't refund your original or return postage costs if you have simply changed your mind.

Please note: we do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds on gift cards.

Please email (please allow up to 48 hours for us to respond to your request). Please state your order number, reason for return and whether you would like a refund or exchange. Anything returned to us before first notifying us by email we cannot accept liability for.  

Once we have responded please then post your goods back to us within 14 days of your order arriving with you. Please fill in and include the packing slip that was sent with your order. 

We can not refund, exchange or credit goods that have been returned to us after the 14 day period. 

The item(s) must be sent back unused, in saleable condition.

All items returned to us are at your own risk and expense, so we recommend using a recorded service.

Please note: Elvie is none returnable as they are intimate items

All lingerie, earrings and hair accessories products are also none returnable.  


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether your return has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Once your refund is actioned by us, please allow 3-5 working days for the funds to be available again in your account.

If you requested an exchange we will process and send out the replacement to you. If the item you have requested is not in stock we will email you with the option of a refund. 

Please note that our stock does sell quickly and so you may prefer to purchase the item you require and request a refund for the original item, rather than to wait for the exchange.
